There is now a painted zebra crossing where bikes and pedestrians cross in front of the exit to the drive through

Replacement of the existing two stage crossing with a single-stage crossing and improved access from the Maxwelltown path

Improvements to Cuckoo Bridge North (crossing at Tesco garage)
The design to improve the Cuckoo Bridge North toucan crossing also included options to adjust the crossing of the entrance to the retail park at the Tesco garage with a re-sited pedestrian crossing island.
Outcome: The detailed design has been approved and is slated for completion some time in 2026.
